Description

• Develop and implement innovative lighting fixtures for architectural purposes
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure design concepts are feasible
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of lighting projects, from concept to completion
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advances in lighting technology
• Present design concepts and finished projects to stakeholders
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams
• Mentor junior designers and share expert knowledge

Profile

A successful Senior Lighting Designer should have:

• A degree in Lighting Design, Industrial Design, architectural lighting design, electrical engineering or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in designing high-end chandeliers and ceiling lighting for architectural purposes
• Experience in designing and implementing lighting solutions for an LIA-listed business
• Comprehensive knowledge of lighting products and technology
• Proficiency in design software and electrical systems
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
