Our client, a prominent and trusted name in the Bristol real estate scene, stands as a beacon of excellence in the industry. With a rich history and a commitment to exceptional service, they have established themselves as a leading estate agency in the city of Bristol. They are looking to bring in a seasoned Lettings professional to cover their East Bristol patch.

The main responsibility for this role will be winning new instructions for their East Bristol patch. Working out of the Kingswood office the chosen candidate will be winning new business, building their landlord portfolio, maintaining an excellent relationship with existing clients, guiding Negotiators and admin staff and growing the brands reputation within the area. Enjoy high levels of autonomy and a working culture that promotes high achievement.

Package details / Benefits:

  • £30k+ basic salary
  • £40k+ OTE
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Funding for ARLA/ CePAP qualifications
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays
