Senior Lettings Valuer / Business Development Manager

MatthewOlivers are recruiting a Senior Lettings Valuer to join an ambitious and well driven Estate Agency, to be a crucial part of their lettings department. You will based in the East Bristol area.

As a Senior Lettings Valuer you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the Lettings New Business team across East Bristol
• Increasing new business levels and upping market share
• Driving the lettings department and producing results
• Generating and carrying out valuations
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Show leadership skills when needed

You will have the following skills / experience:

• Previous experience in the lettings industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and win business
• Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
• Proven track record of generating and winning business

Salary: £30,000 + Pooled commission

OTE: £40,000

Working schedule: Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (With a day off in the week)
