Senior Lettings Valuer

This really is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Lettings negotiator or Lettings valuer to join an established property firm and cover their own territory in the Newton Abbot & surrounding areas in a full time permanent role with basic salary plus £3600 car allowance and on target earnings in the region of £32,000 per annum.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven individual who is keen to work in a valuing role covering lettings and occasional sales valuations when required to help out the estate agency side and take ons in the Newton Abbot and surrounding area. Lettings experience is required but they can train you on the valuing side.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least two years lettings experience
• Excellent local knowledge
• A good understanding of lettings legislation
• Have an recent track record in lettings
• Be proactive and driven and able to organise your own work schedule
• A desire to succeed and confidence in your own ability
