Are you passionate about the Property industry and have exceptional negotiation skills? Our Clients are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator at their independent, family-owned estate agency.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will play a vital role in helping clients find their ideal home and managing the letting process with expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

. Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with detailed information about available properties.

. Negotiate rental agreements and terms between landlords and tenants to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.

. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and legal compliance paperwork.

. Stay updated on local property market trends, rental rates, and competition to provide informed advice to clients.

. Assisting with Market Appraisals and Take On's.

. Assisting Lettings Manager and Property Management, when required.

. Assisting with general office duties.

Desired skills / experience:

. Proven experience as a lettings negotiator, or a related role.

. Strong understanding of the local property market.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Outstanding negotiation abilities and the ability to close deals effectively.

. Detail-oriented with organisational and time management skills.

. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

. Proficient in using computer software and real estate databases.

. Clean driving licence or willingness to obtain one and has own car.

. Monday to Saturday (5 day working week with a day off in lieu for a Saturday works) - weekday hours are 8.30-6 - Saturday is 9-4
