We are currently looking for an extremely motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client and their multi-award-winning team in Southport, Merseyside.

Working hours:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to full-time

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic of up to £25,000
  • An OTE of up to £40,000
  • Great team incentives

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Worked within the role previously.
  • Basic IT skills
  • Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Confidence
  • Great negotiation skills

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.
  • Building excellent rapport with Tenants and landlords alike
  • Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.
  • Booking viewings and carrying out viewings
  • Being proactive to achieve new business opportunities.
  • Dealing with tenants move-ins
  • Dealing with offers
  • Answering incoming calls and queries
