Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Birmingham nr City Centre

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Role Overview: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator within the team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth running of letting processes. They will be responsible for conducting property viewings, managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the moving-in and moving-out processes for valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
• Guiding tenants through the application process, assisting with paperwork and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using internal systems.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Coordinating the moving-in and moving-out processes, liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure a seamless transition.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential Lettings Negotiator or as a Senior Lettings Negotiator is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• Non-drivers are welcome as the location is easily accessible by public transport.
• No weekend working required, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
