Senior Lettings Negotiator Required for our Office in Deptford London SE8

We have an organisation who require a Senior Lettings Negotiator in their office in Deptford SE8

They want someone who can challenge the team, door knock, create business and be proactive.

Anyone who wishes to sit at their desk waiting for business to land on their lap please walk away!

Senior Lettings Negotiator Salary Basic £25k negotiable depending on experience

Senior Lettings NegotiatorSalary including commission expected £50k in first year £60-70k in second year

10% commissions on sales and instructions

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements

Must have experience in valuing and show a success rate.

At least 6 -12 months minimum experience in Lettings

You must own and drive a car.

Senior Lettings Negotiator hours 5 day week followed by 6 day week shut Sundays

Monday to Friday 0830 to 1800 Saturdays 0830-1500

22 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays in lieu
