A highly regarded as L500 Tier 2 and Chambers Band 3, is seeking a Senior Knowledge Paralegal to join their market-leading Property team.

About the Role:
  • The Residential Property team, part of the Private Client Group, is renowned for handling high-value residential sales and purchases, lease extensions, new build developments, and work for agricultural/landed estates.
  • Clients include HNW individuals, offshore companies, lending institutions, investors, and landed estates.
  • The Senior Knowledge Paralegal will drive the team's knowledge management, provide support for non-fee-earning legal matters, and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Know-How:
  • Foster knowledge sharing within the team and the firm.
  • Stay updated on legal, financial, and market developments relevant to Residential Property.
  • Liaise with knowledge lawyers and the wider firm community to ensure best practices.

Standard Forms and Precedents:
  • Maintain and develop precedents, standard form documents, and guidance notes.
  • Collaborate with other knowledge lawyers in related teams.
  • Keep documents and guidance notes up to date.

Resources, Tools, and Systems:
  • Ensure fee earners are familiar with knowledge management systems.
  • Implement additional tools or platforms if necessary.
  • Maintain access to legal information resources.
  • Update and expand property department's knowledge material.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Property law.
  • Strong knowledge management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal looking to transition into a Knowledge Paralegal role.
