We, at Savant, are actively seeking a qualified candidate, ideally an international tax specialist, for our client, a Global 250 FTSE company. This esteemed organisation, with a worldwide presence spanning across continents, is in search of a dynamic individual to assume the pivotal role of International Tax Manager.

This role presents a distinctive opportunity to lead in tax compliance and treasury management within a renowned company. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, navigating complexities in international tax, and optimising treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all facets of corporate tax compliance, including reviewing tax returns for UK group companies and proposing system enhancements.
- Assume responsibility for preparing tax notes for Group Statutory Accounts, ensuring precision and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax accounting processes in alignment with relevant standards, covering year-end and budgeting.
- Collaborate with overseas tax advisers to monitor and mitigate international tax compliance risks.
- Provide expert tax guidance to support business initiatives, including tax planning, global expansion, and strategic transactions.
- Foster close collaboration with Tax, Finance & Business Teams, and external advisers to accomplish organizational goals and deliver timely tax advice.

Requirements:

- ACA qualification with a specialisation in treasury.
- Demonstrated experience in tax and treasury roles, preferably in an international context.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proactive self-starter with a dedication to continuous learning and adaptation.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in cross-functional collaboration.
