Senior Internal Recruiter - 6-9 month FTC
South West 
Up to £45,000 DOE

Are you ready for a new challenge in recruitment? We're on the lookout for an experienced Internal Recruiter to deliver a proactive recruitment model for a growing accoutancy firm in the South West.

Responsibilities

• Proactively head hunt top tier talent through a number of activities
• Source candidates via a number of methods, including direct attraction, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, meet-ups and to a small degree via agencies
• Lead and implement improvements to the recruitment process, with great candidate and hiring manager experience at the forefront of everything you do
• Work in conjunction with the Marketing team and HR team (where necessary) to plan, execute and evaluate innovative recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels including social media and jobs boards
• Own the responsibility for tracking and reporting on hiring metrics
• Manage applicant screening and interview process  

What we are looking for:

• Extensive inhouse recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, across multiple functions, from graduate and administrator, up to director level talent, in highly competitive markets. 
• Professional Services experience highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience using innovative sourcing methods and headhunting tools across multiple platforms to attract top talent.

 Salary & Benefits: 

• Up to £45,000 DOE

Location: There are several offices based in the South West that you can work from including Swindon and Bath.
