Senior Insolvency Manager
Our client, a London based, national Financial Services firm, well known as a centre of excellence within the industry is looking to hire both Senior Managers and Associate Directors for their Advisory and Corporate Restructuring team,

Due to their continued growth the firm is expanding their team, with a focus on the restructuring, corporate restructuring, creditor advisory and accelerated M&M disciplines.
This role will suit you if you currently hold a senior position within an Insolvency and Restructuring firm or exposure to Finance, Restructuring, M&A, Transaction Advisory or indeed Independent Business Reviews (IBR). The opportunity offers a platform in which one can showcase expertise at an operational level, with significant opportunity to make an impact at strategic levels. The ideal candidate would be a key stakeholder and point of contact across a dedicated team, providing support and technical guidance, whilst guiding teams.
Is this role right for you? Our client is looking to attract the following candidate profile:
- Demonstrable experience within Financial Services, in particular Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, Accelerated M&A transactions, and Creditor Advisory.
- The ideal candidate would have experience in delegating effectively to their teams, whilst mentoring colleagues and ensuring quality assurance.
- Daily duties would include stakeholder engagement, team management and technical advisory.
- Projects would include IBR’s, Restructuring, M&A advisory and Insolvency.
- Knowledge areas would include knowledge of the Corporate Governance and Insolvency Act 2020, Finance, Restructuring and Accounting.
- Professional registration as a CA/ACCA would be desirable, or indeed JIEB qualified.
