Senior Insight Analyst - Customer - Up to £50,000

Derby - Hybrid

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Insight Analyst to join the growing insights team. You will be championing customer data and producing insights to drive strategic planning and decision making. You will be coaching a small team and must be confident in communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The purpose of the team is to deliver high quality, actionable insights which can be used to drive commercial decision making.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deep dive analysis – identifying trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders from around the business to understand their data needs.
• Working with large data sets and applying statistical modelling to unearth useful insights.
• Tell a story form the data and make actionable recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
• Implement processes to improve efficient data collection and enhance data quality.
• Develop and implement useful dashboards and reports to monitor performance and KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a customer focused Insight Analyst role
• Advanced experience with SQL and visulisation tools such as Power BI
• Passionate about understanding the customer and using data to drive business strategy
• Ability to unearth actionable insights from complex data
• Ideally has experience in statistical and predictive modelling (desirable)
• Presentation skills and experience managing senior stakeholders
