The Company: Highly ambitious, expanding IFA firm based in Harrogate looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator into their back-office team. A circa 20-adviser firm with growth plans afoot for 2024 and beyond.

  • Office Location: Harrogate
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes - 3-days office, 2 days WFH

Package: £28-30k base DOE + 10% bonus and full company benefits

  • Benefits: 25 days holiday plus stats, pension, 4xDIS on top of a full company benefits package
  • Bonus: Discretionary - Paid annually

The Role: The full administrative and technical support of multiple high performing financial advisers working within private wealth advice circles. Duties include:

  • New business processing and client on-boarding
  • Preparing client review pack for client meetings
  • Obtaining quotations/valuations
  • Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
  • Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries as required
  • Basic product research across investments, pensions, protection and IHT work
  • Workflow management

The Person: Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have experience of supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth focused environment.

  • Required: 2+ years hands on, practical experience of adviser support
  • Required: Business processing experience for investment and pensions cases
  • Required: Client relationship management experience
