Senior IFA Administrator - Up to £35k basic salary - Near Uxbridge

My client are based near Uxbridge, I have placed 2 staff within the business during 2022 & 2023. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections. They prefer to do holistic financial planning rather than transactional pieces of work. They have built a very good reputation locally. They llok after the affairs of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families with very substantial assets to be managed. The highest net worth cases have over £1m to invest. Business is busier than ever moving into 2024 with 1000 clients in their current setup, and this is growing through referrals and recommendations. They do not do any marketing activity whatsoever due to the excellent reviews they receive.

They have enough business and high-qualityF leads coming into their inboxes that they cannot convert due to how busy they are, so there is very substantial untapped business to be had. They have ambitions to expand the business greatly over the next 2 years. They have no intention of joining a larger national firm and be acquired, they wish to remain wholly independent as it is in the best interest of their clients.

The MD is creating a brand-new role within the business for a Senior Financial Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an independent advice firm. My client can offer a very secure and rewarding role with £30k - £35k basic salary. For an exceptional candidate they can offer more.

If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch.
