Ready to be part of a dynamic boutique wealth planning practice with over 25 years of experience? We're in search of a Senior IFA Administrator to join our vibrant team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Renowned for delivering solid financial advice to a diverse clientele, including City professionals, families, business owners, retirees, and accumulators, our client has amassed over £700m of assets under management through word-of-mouth recommendations and referrals, bypassing conventional marketing tactics.

As Senior IFA Administrator, you'll work alongside three experienced Advisers and a dedicated administrative and technical support team, ensuring seamless client service delivery. While the role is office-based, remote work options may be available in the future. Whether you're an established career administrator or aspiring to become a paraplanner or adviser, we welcome dedicated individuals who value staff well-being and team camaraderie.

In this role, you'll handle full IFA administration for a range of whole-of-market products, including processing submissions and new business. Experience with tools like Intelligent Office and FE Analytics is advantageous, and familiarity with various platforms is beneficial. My client offers a competitive salary of £30k - £35k, commensurate with your experience. If you're looking for a supportive environment where teamwork is paramount, and where work and fun go hand in hand, then this role is perfect for you.

If you're interested in joining our team or exploring other opportunities, please don't hesitate to contact Joanna Clark to discuss this Senior IFA Administrator opportunity.
