JOB TITLE: Senior HR Advisor

REPORTS TO: Group Head of People

My Client, a high performing, fun and sociable company based in Epsom are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to support them on their ongoing success and growth.

This role will primarily focus on supporting various HR functions, including policy management, assisting with payroll, and addressing general employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

· Support the Head of People (HoP) for all UK and International HR related queries from the organisation i.e. sales, support and operational group.

· Support the HoP to support all disciplinary and performance issues

· Support the HoP to manage and monitor Performance Improvement Plans with line managers

· Support with flexible working requests in line with the company policy

· Support with terminations (resignations, redundancies, settlement agreements)

· Support to ensure HR department actions, relating to ISO compliance are adhered to

· Support the GHPR in respect of workplace and legislative changes

· Support with the review and revision of HR policies, internal procedures to ensure best practice and compliance

· Support with the roll out of any new workplace, employment policies and procedures

· Ensure adherence to HR legislative changes

Advisory Duties:

· Coach line managers on best practise.

· Advise and lead managers through processes eg. redundancies, exit interviews.

HR Operations

· Collate payroll data for review and submission.

· Assist and provide paperwork across the full HR Lifecycle.

· Support with the administration of contracts, offers, referencing, DBS checks, letters

· Updating HR Systems and spreadsheets with all HR org changes

· Make up and maintain employee files

· Update organisation charts with organisational changes.

Compensation and Benefits

· Support with the annual salary review roll out

· Support with the pension and benefits administration

Projects and other responsibilities

· Support with any projects, as applicable at the time

· Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as requested

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ideally CIPD qualified,

· Minimum 3 plus years in an HR function within the private sector

· Experience within an HR function supporting writing policies, contracts and other HR related documents

· Strong analytical and numerical skills

· Exposure to managing ER related tasks i.e disciplinaries, grievances etc

· Excellent computer skills including Word / Excel / PowerPoint

· A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarise information quickly and accurately
