Senior HRBP

A leading skincare company is excited to be hiring a new Senior HRBP to join their team in London.

This person will ideally have experience in retail/beauty industry and the ability to operate within a complex matrix environment.

A fabulous opportunity to work with high-class teams and many established stakeholders in providing continuous HR support and improvement across the wider business.

The Senior HRBP will be joining this company during an exciting period of change and transformation and having the previous experience and skills to carry out positive change will be absolutely crucial to the success of this hire.

Ideally you will have worked in companies that have gone through significant transformation which could be in many areas including HRIS, ATS, LMS and payroll.

You will be a strong all-round HR generalist at heart with a demonstrated ability to business partner with a wide range of stakeholders, forming solid working relationships and being able to influence and engage senior leaders for the good of the company.

This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week and the rest from home, this may vary slightly on occasion as with most roles.
