A high-energy recruitment and executive search consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their small team. This is an extremely involved generalist role supporting the business across a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, from strategy to simpler administrative tasks - you will do it all!

  • Employee Relations - some knowledge of global HR would be a bonus

  • Onboarding
  • Reward, Recognition & Benefits

This role will suit someone who enjoys the full 360 lifecycle supporting a business from top to bottom - there is a huge scope of responsibility, and someone needs to be ready for that challenge. Key to this will be the ability to identify key priorities and work alongside the CPO/COO to action strategic plans, align managing partners behind key changes and look at policy recommendations. Whilst you will work closely with the SLT, you also need to be just as happy with the more operational and administrative part of the role as you will act in a stand-alone capacity.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, love to bounce ideas back and forth, have a robust nature and have a hugely positive approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in a hugely successful business.
