Our client are a growing HR consultancy, looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to support their growing outsourced HR consultancy in delivering exceptional HR services with a focus on on-site client support. As a key member of this HR consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, fostering client relationships, driving excellence in human resources practices, and incorporating employee engagement, employer value proposition, talent management, learning and development, and recruitment.

If you have a proven track record in HR leadership and are passionate about delivering strategic HR solutions, especially with on-site presence, this could be the role for you.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within an outsourced HR consultancy or multi- site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
  • Experience in Organisational design and development in a partnering role is desirable.
  • Successful change management experience is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
