Senior HR Business Partner

Pay: £37 per hour (umbrella)

Contract: 4-6 months

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Hours: 37.5 hours onsite

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity in the aerospace industry? Adecco UK are currently recruiting to work on site with our client Collins Aerospace for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Leighton Buzzard.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to influence and support leaders by understanding and articulating business needs and translating them into HR strategies and tactics. You will play a crucial role in managing the implementation of major HR initiatives and annual processes, such as total rewards initiatives, talent management, and succession planning. Additionally, you will partner closely with leadership to consult and advise on HR and business matters.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Serving as the Site HR Focal for the Services and Support group located at the Leighton Buzzard Facility
• Supporting the ISS Lead HR business partners and the local site HR partner in executing short and long-term strategies for various groups within Services and Support
• Coaching, partnering, and counselling leaders on topics such as team effectiveness, talent development, culture transformation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Building strong partnerships with Collins HR colleagues to efficiently support business needs
• Leading HR core processes including performance management, change management, succession planning, and salary planning for the Services and Support organisation

About you:

• University Degree with experience working in a related field
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with coaching and collaborating with executive leaders on complex HR issues
• Ability to understand the total HR framework from strategy through implementation; possesses reasonably broad HR domain knowledge in areas such as Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Effectiveness, Compensation & Recruiting
