Our client are a leading fashion brand who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them to support the head office population.

You will be a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, building and maintaining strong partnerships and supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle and providing expertise and support on a wide range of HR solutions including, engagement, development and retention to achieve business goals and maximise business performance.

This is a truly generalist role where you will act as business partner to your stakeholders and provide an excellent HR service. You would have lots of scope to develop and support various projects such as d&I, well-being etc.

Experience required:
• Strong generalist HR background with proven track record of delivering an effective HR advisory service within a fast changing environment (preferably Retail)
• Proven ability to deliver commercially focused HR initiatives
• Demonstrate an understanding of current employment legislation and topical HR issues, ideally working towards CIPD or qualified
• Articulate with excellent written communication skills, and good eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills and efficient with a great sense of humour, empathy and work ethic
• Open to feedback with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of their work
