We're on the lookout for someone special to join this team as a Senior HR Advisor. It's a crucial role where you'll be the linchpin between our People & Development team and functions across the organisation.

Picture this: you'll be the go-to person for managing all employee relations cases, ensuring they're handled fairly, consistently, and in alignment with policies and employment laws. You'll have the opportunity to support management decision-making on complex ER issues, weighing the risks involved and providing valuable insights.

But here's where you'll really shine - you'll be developing tools and relevant ER training to empower line managers, giving them the knowledge and confidence to tackle ER matters themselves. And let's not forget about using data and analytics to identify trends and proactively design solutions to address any ER issues head-on.

Your expertise will be invaluable as you provide professional advice, guidance, and documentation to stakeholders on policies, employee relations, and employment law matters. And you won't be alone - you'll be managing relationships with external stakeholders and legal providers, ensuring they’re always on top of any changes in legislation through horizon scanning.

But it's not just about managing ER cases and policies - you'll also play a vital role in supporting business change programs, ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of employee relations issues during times of change.
