Senior HR Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join an organisation in Hemel Hempstead. This is a hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days from home) contract position.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the HR department, working closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a wide range of HR casework with precision and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Overseeing HR processes and administration for the entire employment cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with meticulous attention to detail
• Developing and maintaining efficient HR processes and documentation
• Effectively managing and analysing HR data
• Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• Previous HR casework experience is essential
• CIPD Level 7 qualification
• Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
• Experience with HR and Recruitment systems, particularly iTrent
• Fluent and proficient verbal and written communication skills
