Senior HR Advisor

Macmillan Davies are excited to be working with a leading beauty company in London to help them bring in a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

This role comes at a time of organic growth for the business as they continue to grow in London with exceptional talent.

The Senior HR Advisor will join a strong HR team which includes Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator support as well as an experienced and ambitious HR Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to take a step up into a role with more responsibility and make a big impact on the next few years of this organisations continued growth.

The Senior HR Advisor will need to have excellent knowledge of UK employment law with exposure to EMEA being an extra bonus.

You will be a true generalist that has worked with several areas of the business to achieve their desired outcomes - whether this be from a training perspective, talent and retention, general employee relations and compensation/benefits.

You will be trusted to have an input into critical hiring decisions made by the wider business as well as some knowledge of varied training programmes which can be inhouse or via external providers.

It would be beneficial if you are able to make recommendations on different training techniques and modules to help to inform business decisions and ensure that staff are getting everything they require to be successful.

The Senior HR Advisor will be someone that is willing to lend a hand to multiple areas of the business, be great with people and stakeholders and look to be that real 'face' of HR for colleagues.

This role comes with hybrid working as standard and you are expected to be in the London office 3 times a week.

Some experience within retail/beauty brands would be helpful for your application.
