Senior HR Advisor
Are you looking for an operational HR role supporting leadership teams on all HR matters?
We're recruiting for this varied Senior HR Advisor role, on a permanent, full-time basis where you'll be supporting the HR team to ensure HR initiatives are created, launched and implemented successfully, whilst also ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and practices.
More specifically, the role will also include:
- Coaching and supporting managers in implementing and developing good people practices
- Identifying resourcing needs
- Case management support for performance, maternity, paternity and long term sickness
- Ensuring all promotions and change of roles are managed within the agreed framework
- Assisting with benchmarking and the salary review process
- Working as part of a team to create and implement a HR plan
- Continuous improvement ensuring the HR function meets the company's requirements
- Lead on and work with the HR team on bespoke project work
- Ensure the integrity of all HR data
- Preparation of reports
We're looking for ideally a CIPD Level 7 qualified, HR Advisor with a strong knowledge of employment law.
You'll enjoy working in genuine partnership with business teams and have experience of leading on HR projects.
You'll be adaptable and able to accommodate changing priorities, being able to problem solve logically and ensure deadlines are met.
Experience of PeopleHR would be useful.
Location:
Hybrid working - office working can be across various office locations
Hours:
Monday-Friday - Core hours of 9am-5:30pm with a policy that supports work life balance.
Salary:
Negotiable + great benefits including Private Medical Cover, 25 days annual leave, plus the option to buy or sell up to 5 days and a competitive Pension scheme.
