Senior HR Advisor required for our client in Stirlingshire.  This role is exclusive to Pertemps and is a wonderful opportunity to develop to an HR Business Partner.

My client is a well-known, fast paced manufacturing organisation that will require you to liase with unions, so experience in this would be advantageous.

What will your day to day look like? - 
  • General HR queries 
  • Employee lifecycle administration 
  • Inductions 
  • Assist with recruitment 
  • Employee relations 
  • Absence management 
  • Probation interviews 
  • Co-ordination of training  
  • Support of HR projects
