We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Broadstairs.

As a Senior HCA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your clinical expertise, empathy, and strong communication skills will contribute to delivering excellent patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Senior HCA:

  • Supervise healthcare assistants, ensuring top-notch patient care.
  • Assess patient needs and create customized care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and oversee procedures.
  • Mentor and support junior healthcare assistants' professional development.

Requirements (Social Care):

  • 6 months in-UK care experience
  • DBS on the Update Service
  • Practical Moving and Handling/Manual Handling certificate
