We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Broadstairs.
As a Senior HCA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your clinical expertise, empathy, and strong communication skills will contribute to delivering excellent patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.
Responsibilities of the Senior HCA:
- Supervise healthcare assistants, ensuring top-notch patient care.
- Assess patient needs and create customized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and oversee procedures.
- Mentor and support junior healthcare assistants' professional development.
Requirements (Social Care):
- 6 months in-UK care experience
- DBS on the Update Service
- Practical Moving and Handling/Manual Handling certificate
