Senior FP&A Consultant - Business Planning Tool Implementation

Protiviti - the global management consultancy are seeking a dynamic FP&A Consultant to support our global Telecommunications client on a large scale business planning tool implementation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design efficient FP&A solutions.
• Lead the implementation of business planning tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs and performance metrics, enabling effective monitoring and reporting.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of FP&A tools and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in FP&A and business planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in FP&A roles within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with business planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, Onestream) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
