A Ideal for a finance professional with IFRS17 experience gained in industry or practice to join a highly successful and growing Lloyd's underwriter. The overall remit will be to lead the analysis and reporting of results in IFRS17. Duties will range from:

  • Preparation of IFRS17 analysis and reports relating to underwriting, claims, expenses and investments
  • Reporting on the IFRS4 to IFRS17 reconciliation process for both P&L and balance sheet
  • Producing reports to executive level and further senior internal stakeholders
  • There will be high involvement in business planning and related monitoring of plans to actuals / forecasts
  • Production of IFRS17 returns including commentaries
  • Contributing to the group annual report including for the strategic report
  • Working closely with other areas of finance to provide support to other areas of reporting
  • The development of processes in line with company growth
  • There will be numerous occasions to contribute to wider commercial initiatives

IFRS17 experience is essential however FP&A whilst being beneficial is not.
