Senior Financial Services Disputes Associate

We're seeking a Senior Associate to join this financial services disputes team in London, collaborating closely with specialized Partners in financial services disputes and litigation.

This role is ideal for an experienced litigator (approximately 5 years PQE+) with a strong background and interest in financial services, compliance, risk management, and a focus on regulation and investigations, particularly within the FCA realm.

About the Role

• You'll handle a diverse and engaging caseload involving contentious financial services matters, investigations, litigation, and risk compliance. This will include conducting conduct investigations, dealing with fraud, money laundering, corruption, sanctions, and bribery.
• You'll work alongside prominent disputes Partners assisting with complex cases and contributing to the growth of the practice.

The Team

• The financial services disputes and Investigations team operates within the firm's wider dispute resolution and litigation team, comprising highly skilled specialists equipped to solve a variety of contentious issues across financial services, commercial litigation, fraud, professional negligence, and more
• Though spread across multiple locations, they operate nationally, providing support across offices and practice groups.
