Senior Financial Services Disputes Associate

This top 40 law firm are looking for a Senior Associate to join their financial services disputes team in London.

The successful individual will be working closely with specialist financial services disputes and litigation partners.

About the Role

• This role is well suited to an experienced litigator (circa 5 yrs PQE+) with a track record in financial services, compliance and risk.
• You can expect a varied and interesting case load consisting of contentious financial services matters, investigations, litigation and risk compliance.
• You would work on a range of financial services related matters including conduct investigations, fraud, money laundering, corruption, sanctions and bribery.

The firm would also be keen to hear from Barristers with experience in this field who are interested in making a move in to practice.

About the Team

• The financial services disputes and investigations team is part of their dispute resolution and litigation team. This wider team of highly skilled specialists has the expertise to solve whatever contentious problem client’s are facing.
• They cover a broad range of specialisms including financial services disputes and investigations, commercial litigation, contract disputes, fraud, professional negligence, public procurement challenges, insurance, IT, and lending and banking disputes.
