An outstanding opportunity awaits a seasoned Senior Financial Administrator to join my client's close-knit team. This individual will be instrumental in managing the workload generated by the Partner and providing crucial support to the Operations Director within their well-established and highly successful business.

My client is dedicated to delivering exceptional holistic Financial Advice to their clients, who are made up of owner managers of SME business, City professionals and those still in the accumulation stage as well as those at and post-retirement. Typically, clients have between £300k to £750k of investable assets and they provide advice across pensions, investments, protection, and intergenerational estate planning. They have enjoyed sustained year on year growth, so now require additional Financial Administrative support within the business.

As a Senior Financial Administrator, the successful candidate will provide high-level technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service for Practice clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for clients and third parties, addressing general enquiries.
  • Handling business submissions using bespoke software and ensuring timely processing.
  • Completing tasks promptly in accordance with the nature of our business.
  • Drafting LOA’s, LOV’s, speaking to providers, and being the first point of contact for all external stakeholders.
  • Managing diaries and internal IT systems.
  • Providing all other admin support necessary to ensure the smooth running of the admin team.

While prior knowledge is preferred, training will be provided in certain areas, with opportunities for progression within the business.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

  • Several years of experience in Financial Services with a desire to expand and develop knowledge.
  • Proficiency in IT and excellent communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities and decision-making prowess.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confident in liaising with third parties while exercising total discretion.
