Senior Recruitment Consultant - Finance across the NHS (interim)

Senior Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

My client is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to head up the Finance desk across the NHS and wider healthcare space. You would be coming into a warm desk, with a huge earning potential and access to the best clients.

Senior Recruitment Consultant - The Company:

• They launched 6 years ago and have grown to 25 people! They cover both interim and permanent recruitment across Tech & Digital, Strategy & Ops, HR into Charities, NHS and Government.
• They have even won awards such as "Recruitment Agency of the Year"
• They put a huge focus on giving a quality service, always working with a relationship-led approach. They also have a huge earning potential with consultants billing between £250,000 - £900,000 annually (many people’s billings figures have increased by 40%+ since joining the business!). They have both monthly and quarterly commission structures which allow people to earn 30%-45% of what they bill.
• The people are humble, hardworking and their approach to recruitment is very human and relationship driven. They have great success stories of how they have shaped opportunities around the people who have joined them, and supported consultants in elevating their careers to the next level!

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Remuneration

DOE - We are on average securing people a 20% - 40% increase on the basic salary currently.
