Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Finance Officer on a full time, permanent basis in Ipswich.

This role is hybrid, giving you a chance to balance your personal life.

We are looking for an outgoing, articulate, AAT (or equivalent) finance professional. Sound like you? Read on!

Day to day, you will:

  • Provide advice, support and guidance to customers, via telephone or remotely and on site provision when required
  • Conduct further investigation/analysis of customer enquiries and requirements to contribute to customer resolution
  • Resolve customer problems/issues as assigned, seeking advice from team leader as required
  • Undertake appropriate action to bring customer query/requirements to resolution
  • Manage a portfolio of customers
  • Monitor customers' financial position through production of management accounts and reporting information
  • Bookkeeping and accounting for transactions
  • Manipulate and interpret data
  • Variance analysis
  • Assist in the implementation of identified technical/professional actions to meet customer requirements
