Description

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of technical accounting and financial compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Supervise, coach, and develop accounting staff all of whom are at different points in their studies
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the financial services industry
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly IFRS

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Manager:

  • Fully Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Proven experience in statutory accounting or management accounting with technical accounting aspects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
