Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting processes.
- Prepare statutory accounts and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Manage cash flow and budgeting.
- Enhance accounting systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee audits.
- Provide timely financial insights to senior management.
- Qualified/QBE/Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial control or management accounting.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Ambitious with a drive for continuous improvement.
