Are you ready to join a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference? We're partnering with a leading UK charity, to recruit a motivated and dedicated Senior Finance Manager to support the continued success.
The charity provide a wide range of essential services across various sectors including education and child support.
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial information and analysis to managers and external stakeholders. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the multi-location organisation to ensure service quality is maximised and financial performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead departmental budget setting and production of regular forecasts.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and KPIs.
  • Maintain robust financial controls and coordinate the audit process.
  • Lead strategic finance-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements:

  • CCAB qualified with 3-5 years post-qualfied experience
  • Experience in leading on budgets, forecasting and working as a key business partner
  • Experience leading teams and developing staff
  • Technically strong with exceptional attention to detail
  • High financial awareness and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
