Senior Finance Manager – Estates
As the biggest pub group in the UK, Stonegate Group has a significant portfolio of properties across the country. We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to business partner the Director of Estates, to provide financial and commercial support that enhances financial performance. As Senior Finance Manager (Estates) you’ll be using your financial modelling skills to identify and review value adding opportunities, advising and supporting the Director of Estates to make sound commercial decisions that drive growth. You’ll be working both with internal stakeholders and business partnering with our external partners to ensure that value creation activities maximise Company returns and de-risk exposure.
The Senior Finance Manager (Estates) is a home-based role, with travel nationally as needed to sites.
Understanding Leased and Tenanted pubs would be highly beneficial in this role. You’ll also need to be a qualified Finance professional.
Other experience we’d like to see:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality industry or within an Estates led business
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights
