Senior Finance Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Mundipharma are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Director, FP&A to join the Technical Operations Senior Leadship team. The role holder will provide leadership of function delivering monthly management results, end to end budget process and outputs and partnering with the business to drive strategy.

Role overview
The primary purpose of the Senior Finance Director FP&A is to deliver the financial plan for Technical Operations: Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold, Margin %, COGS Savings Plan, Operating Costs, FTE, Restructuring and Balance sheet as well as ownership of all financial numbers (including historical data) for Technical Operations including Global Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory
Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Deliver the financial plan for Technical Operations: Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold, Margin %, COGS Savings Plan, Operating Costs, FTE, Restructuring and Balance sheet.

Ownership of all financial numbers (including historical data) for Technical Operations including Global Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory

Provide business partnering support to all functions within Technical Operations: Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Program Management, Strategic Sourcing.

Define the budget and month end processes for the Technical Operations Finance team.

Point of contact with the central Financial Planning and Analysis and Controller functions.

Support all business cases related to Technical Operations as well as Global Business cases which require input across all functions (commercial, Scientific Affairs)

Support the Mundipharma sales process and associated activities.

Coach and develop the direct reporting team to ensure they have the appropriate skills and knowledge to drive the business forward
What you’ll bring
-
Degree educated or be able to demonstrate significant relevant experience for successful delivery in role

A formal Accounting Qualification E.g. ACCA, ACA or CIMA
-
Experience of successful finance partnering and financial control.

Strong Project management experience and skills
-
Experience of working in a matrix and cross-functional environment

Leadership and Team Management; proven experience of developing and coaching team members

Financial Reporting and effective presentations; experience working with, influencing and presenting to, senior executives

Strong financial modelling experience

Ideally, experienced in using sophisticated reporting tools
