Senior Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing motorsport organisation based in Banbury to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. The Senior Finance Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £70,000 along with other attractive benefits.

This is a position that will offer variety and it would best suit an individual who enjoys the commercial side of finance as well as rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when required to.

Primary responsibilities -

Managing two direct reports

Oversee the Management Accounts production along with initial review

Maintain and improve business models to support latest forecasts, annual budgets and long term strategic planning

Work with Group Finance to facilitate the annual Audit

Provide R&D information to support the annual R&D tax claim

Responsible for the weekly cash flow and managing the company cash position

Work with senior management and support decision making with financial information

Drive best practice with procedure and process and facilitate continual improvement across the business

Support the wider Business Development team to drive improvements

Liaise with different business functions maintaining strong relationships throughout the business

Key experience and attributes -

Robust management accounts experience with solid technical

Attention to detail

Ability to communicate at all levels

A can do approach. Must possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify alternative solutions to problems

Relentless in exceeding customer expectations and continually exceeding goals

A commitment to achieving the best solutions i.e. rigorous approach to work
