Senior Finance Business Partner

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to help drive financial performance and analysis for a market leading business in Central Hertfordshire.

Working with a dynamic team at the forefront of commercial decision making, the business have a recognisable brand that are experiencing an exciting time of transition across their business operations.

The role of Senior Finance Business Partner will support improvements to the company's commercial network and aid delivery of key business objectives. As a Qualified Accountant you will be required to support head office and operational sites in detailed financial analysis / business partnering and influence crucial business line decisions.

Key duties:

Working with a diverse stakeholder group, the role will ensure that key accounting and reporting are delivered alongside accurate budget & forecasting and strategic planning. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and driving and supporting key relationships across a number of operational teams, you will be required to have a forward thinking mind-set and a sound ability to balance the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

Key requirements:

The business are seeking to identify a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with post qualified experience and previous experience of a business facing highly commercial role. Personality is key and the business require energetic, highly motivated individuals with a customer focus who are quick to identify areas of improvement and proactively drive change.
