Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a public sector organisation who are looking for a Strategic Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This client is an industry renowned employer with a fantastic reputation in the market and community. Due to ongoing projects within the business they require someone who possesses outstanding business partnering skills with a mind for commercial finance.

Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and directorates across the organisation
  • Simplifying complex situations and presenting financial data clearly so that department heads can clearly understand, engage with it and make informed decisions
  • Act as a key point of significant transformation projects enabling that sound financial advise is being offered
  • Support with the production of monthly management accounts and forecasting

Person:

  • Must be a qualified Accountant (CCAB/CIMA)
  • Have strong system skills including advanced MS Excel
  • Experience of working on significant finance projects
  • Demonstrable experience business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Have excellent report writing and presentation skills
