Trinity House Group are exclusively supporting a large well known brand name to recruit a high calibre Senior Finance Business Partner for a newly created strategic project focussed role.

This truly is a career defining opportunity within a fast-paced market leading business, you’ll be joining a high performing team with multiple tangible examples of career progression within the group.

It’s only 2 days per week on site in a great location too.

The role partners Senior Stakeholders including Commercial Director, Procurement Director and Operations Director to lead and deliver a range of high-profile strategic projects on a national scale driving change and continual improvement, therefore you will need the gravitas and credibility to influence at the highest level.

The role:

  • Business Partner and influence Senior Finance & Non Finance Stakeholders across the Group
  • To provide insightful analysis into the launch of key strategic projects as well as variance analysis.
  • Working alongside the Commercial and Commercial finance team to understand and consolidate key strategic projects ensuring consistency
  • Continual monitoring of actual performance vs budget
  • Proactively anticipate potential risks and opportunities
  • Being assertive to drive the performance improvement agenda and positively influence key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the continued development and improvement of budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Develop, implement, and work with appropriate stakeholders to develop a suite of new reporting
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support decision making and tracking of strategic initiatives

You will be / have :

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA with industry experience)
  • The ability to challenge and influence top to bottom including C Suite & board level stakeholders
  • Able to convey complex financial and accounting issues in a clear, focused and concise way
  • Very high level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Advanced excel & modeling ability
  • Must demonstrate an ability to adapt, integrate and work closely with non-finance counterparts in a leadership capacity.
  • A proactive and transformational mindset, always challenging the status quo for improvements to deliver 'best in class’ processes and tools in an evolving environment
