An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Environmental Planner to join a established Planning Consultancy as part of their established team in central London. The successful Senior Environmental Planner will be responsible for leading a wide variety of Environmental Planning and EIA projects across the South East.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
  • Chartered status with the RTPI or will be working towards this
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Previous experience in the coordination of EIA's
  • An in depth knowledge of the technical aspects of EIA disciplines
  • A proven ability to write professional reports

Within the role the successful Senior Environmental Planner will be:

  • Coordinating planning applications for a range of client projects
  • Coordinating EIA projects
  • Managing projects and sub-consultants
  • Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders
  • Liaising with clients
