Senior Energy Underwriter

I am currently looking to talk to underwriters within the energy transition market to join a lead carrier in oil & gas and conventional power/renewable energy. Our client has excellent risk engineering capability, solid historical loss data and good modelling capabilities. There is a large book of business and the team have re-clarified their position and strategy to brokers. The role requires someone with solid underwriting experience within conventional power and/or renewables to assess new technologies such as hydrogen processing, carbon capture, upstream including offshore wind and solar PV, power generation and BESS. All energy classes will work together to support the broking markets and the end client with the energy transition.
