A great opportunity for an experienced Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join a well-established construction consultancy. The successful candidate will work across a wide range of projects including commercial, education, and health sectors.

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng in Sustainability/Energy//Building Services Disciplines or Similar
• Relevant experience within the sector
• Qualifications, including but not limited to; BREEAM, Retrofit, Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, Low Carbon Consultant (Desirable)
• Completed energy assessments
• Brilliant communication skills and time management
• Experience liaising with clients and contractors
• Knowledge of current funding streams and how they work
• Project management of schemes ideally domestic and commercial
• Experience of decarbonisation of existing heating systems and building fabric upgrade for Retrofit projects
• Chartered status or working towards becoming a member of a professional body (Desirable)

Duties:

• Prepare Energy and Sustainability Statements and Strategies
• Support with BREEAM and decarbonisation projects
• Complete energy assessments (EPC, DEC, ESOS)
• Assist colleagues and help them develop
• Manage projects and complete contract administration
