Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer seeking a senior role in a dynamic and reputable law firm? We are looking for a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer/Solicitor with 8+ years PQE to join our thriving team at a well-established full-service firm based in Buckinghamshire

Our firm has experienced substantial growth over the last five years, now employing over 130 staff with a turnover of over 10 million. Our employment team is highly regarded for providing strategic and effective legal advice to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in our employment team:
- Advising employers on a range of employment law matters, including TUPE, restructures, employee relations, and changing terms and conditions.
- Managing a high workload and handling complex cases for medium to large corporate clients.
- Providing counseling and non-contentious advice to clients.
- Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners within the team.
- Developing new business from existing clients and building relationships with potential clients.
- Maintaining a high standard of client service and technical expertise.
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Department and Partners on cases.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in employment law.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience advising employers.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example, provide mentorship, and contribute to team development.
- Proficiency in business development and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel to other offices and client sites as needed.
