My client is a leading legal practice in the Yorkshire region. There is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a wide range of employment law experience in a unique advisory role that will form a key function of my clients' wider commercial offering.

This role is not suitable for qualified solicitors and is targeted at individuals who have experience across the full spectrum of employment law work, more specifically disciplinaries, grievances, capability/performance management, redundancy, settlement agreements, TUPE and sickness absence. The successful candidate will be expected to provide advice as the first point of contact for clients on various employment law issues and will include reviewing and tailoring any supporting documentation that is relevant. Working in conjunction with the wider employment law team under the supervision of an experienced partner, you will build relationships with and support clients in resolving issues in a clear and pragmatic manner.

The role is based primarily in my client's Leeds office, but there may be occasional travel required to other offices within the West and North Yorkshire region. Although full office attendance in the Leeds office will be required for the completion of a 3-month probation period, hybrid working will follow once this has been successfully completed.

My client is prepared to consider a salary at a minimum level of £35,000 per annum for the successful candidate. However, this figure may increase further for candidates with particularly relevant experience. There are also some unique benefits that are associated with working for my client which can be discussed in further detail.
